Essential oils: Bay Laurel / Lavandin Super / Wintergreen fragrance
Vegetable oils: Arnica oil

BAY LAUREL HELPS DECONTRACTION OF THE MUSCLES

Bay Laurel essential oil acts on the nervous system; it regulates both the parasympathetic and sympathetic systems and enables the activation of the parasympathetic system which permits the body to rest. Its antispasmodic properties will inhibit pain and stiffness of the muscles. The action on the ionic exchanges at the synapse level (junction between two neurons) will limit the transmission of messages which causes muscle contractions.

LAVANDIN SUPER HAS AN ANTI SPASMODIC EFFECT

Its calming, anxiolytic and sedative properties act on the nervous system and decrease excitability and stress, both factors of muscle tension. When the muscles are relaxed, they are better adapted to be repaired by micro-lesions caused by muscle effort and stress. In addition to being an analgesic (linalool, camphor) the essential oil of Lavandin Super will soothe post-exercise sports pain.

WINTERGREEN FRAGRANCE

The essential oil of Winter green Fragrance inhibits the movement of nerve impulses and spasms, such as cramps, are suppressed. In addition, it has a rubefacient action that dilates the blood vessels which activates the blood circulation: the muscles are more irrigated and warmer, this heat relaxes them and therefore prevents their contraction. On the other hand, methyl salicylate has important analgesic properties particularly effective by skin application (for aches or cramps).

OILY MACERATE OF ARNICA, THE ULTIMATE ANTI-SORENESS

Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties induced by the lactones that compose it, this vegetable oil will reinforce the action of Wintergreen Fragrance and that of Bay Laurel for a quick and effective result. The analgesic action of Arnica complements this synergy in yen providing complementary active molecules.
